Box Coordinators like you have shown incredible commitment over the years. I'd like to thank you especially for the kindness and generosity so many of you have shown in the last few weeks. Without you, we simply couldn’t support this country’s most vulnerable young people.
At The Children’s Society, we're committed to the safety of you and your loved ones above anything else. That's why we've taken the difficult decision to postpone all house box collection activity until further notice.
I understand this may be disappointing news for some of you - but the safety of you and your community must come first. I also want to assure you we’re doing everything in our power to make sure we can be there and give young people the support they need - particularly as the most vulnerable are likely to need us more than ever. We'll be keeping our website up-to-date on the steps we're taking to support children and young people and introducing some new ways to support our efforts too.
Most of all, please follow Government and NHS advice and look after yourself!
