News
Bishop David has asked Rev. Lyn to be the next area Dean for the Oldham East Deanery. This will give Lyn responsibility for the Deanery Synod covering 36 churches. These range from Thornham to Denshaw in the north and to Leesfield and Greenfield in the south. Lyn will be licensed on 7th November at St John.

We are to welcome Kathreen Shabaz as an Ordinand on placement with us for the next 3 years. During that time she will undergo her training for the Priesthood as was the case with Jackie Calow. Kathreen will then be ordained Deacon and placed in a parish for post ordination training and to serve her Curacy, like Steven Nolan a couple of years ago.
