Community Fete
A huge thank you to Sarah, Julie, Pam and Barbara for the inspiration of moving from a Summer Fair to the very exciting concept of a Community Fete - a wonderful step forward in outreach. Similarly an enormous thank you to so many people who worked hard in the preparation and execution of the fete on 13th July many of whom became involved through the Stewardship campaign responses - thank you.
From the outset the main aim was community involvement and not money but it raised £1964 which is a fantastic result on top of the added benefit of bringing in and engaging with new people. Let's look as this as a launching pad for new outreach initiatives.
Thank you also to: Hey with Zion Choir; our own musicians; those who demonstrated crafts and skills and finally thank you to everyone who came.
